  • Each booking is for a ONE-WAY trip only.
  • Please arrive at the docks at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
  • This service is for hikers and gear only — we DO NOT transport kayaks.


POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS:

  • Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued within 1 week (7 days) of your departure date.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled departure will be deemed a no-show. You will need to arrange alternate transportation at your own expense and no refund will be issued.
  • Operating Minimum: Requires a minimum of 4 guests per departure to operate. Trips with fewer than 4 guests booked are subject to cancellation.
  • Weather Cancellations: If a departure is cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.
